Then, add your message and click on Checkout; we will take care of the rest! If you do need to send two candles to different addresses, please create another order. If you need to send two candles with two notes to the same address, reach out to us at hello@candelae.ca, and we will make it happen!

Our candles are made of premium soy wax. It is a perfect alternative to petroleum-based paraffin. Safe, natural, renewable and biodegradable, this wax makes our candles burn cleanly and consistently without detracting from your air quality. We also use 100% cotton wicks and picked our essential oils and fragrance with care from high-quality ingredients, free of potentially harmful additives.

We know shipping is never the best part when you shop online! Candēlae is only operating in Canada (for now), so we rely on our friends at Canada Post to ship your orders wherever you and your loved ones live. We provide two options:
Expedited parcel (1-7 days), and Xpresspost (1-3 days)

This link is our favourite tool, it provides an estimate of how quickly your package will be delivered. We ship from Toronto, with the postal code M4Y 1X4. Usually, it takes 2-3 business days to send in the GTA, 2-3 days to Montreal, 5-6 business days to Vancouver.

Canada is a large and vast country, which means shipping heavy candles across the country is not as cheap as we would like it to be. You will see at checkout a personalized price based on where you live and what the weight of your order is. Once the order is placed, we will print the shipping label and give you the tracking number so you can follow its progress!
